Everything has been great: the country is beautiful and I've got a lot of fantastic memories to take back home with me

Mr. Ugyen Tshewang is an excellent guide. He is very considerate, always smiling though under hard circumstances. He is taking care of us extremely well and very knowledgeable about history and culture of Bhutan. He coordinates our food, schedule, and accommodations very proficiently. His English is excellent.

Thank you so much, we really had a good trip to Bhutan and is a one of the life time holiday, if by chance, we will travel to other part of Bhutan again and will see you then, we really enjoy the beautiful and spiritual of your country, the friendliness of people, the comfortable of the hotels and staffs, the foods and the cultures, the only disappointment is wrong time of the year as most of the days was cloudy, we love the amazing view of the Himalaya, but only manage to see little of it.
We wanted to compliment the excellent driving of our driver, with the condition of the road, he done very well at all we really have a wonderful holiday.

Hi Mr Sonam,
We have really enjoyed our stay in Bhutan. Actually, we have also written in the feedback form which was passed to us on the 2nd last day of the trip, but I'll write it here again. Most of the feedback are mostly small issues, nothing which is really bad.
First 2 days at Thimphu. Hotel Norbuling was good, very good location in the city area which allowed us access to walk around the city in the evenings. The food in the hotel is good, staff are friendly and helpful. Only thing that was missing was a pair of slippers to go to the bathroom. The tiles felt very cold because of the weather.
The food at Hotel Kisa's restaurant on the second night was the worst in the 7 days trip. Perhaps you can look at other restaurants in future.

My apologies for the late reply on giving feedback for our Bhutan trip from 30 April to 6 May 2015, facilitated by Sonam Dorji (guide) and Lhaka (driver).
We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Bhutan. Registration for the trip was hassle-free and the email correspondences with Druk Asia were prompt and clear. The hotels were clean and comfortable, and we also liked the local Bhutanese cuisine, which was similar in taste to Singapore’s food. The provision of the Gho and Kira was an excellent idea – we managed to wear them on two days and took many beautiful pictures.
Our guide Sonam and driver Lhaka were excellent, friendly and reliable. We gained much knowledge about Bhutan’s history and culture from Sonam. Lhaka was a dependable and approachable driver, always ready to share

The tour was great since the beginning, with the amazing spiral landing so close to the mountains at the Paro airport! During the whole trip the landscape was astonishing and it's quite admirable how the cities are so integrated to nature! And Tshering and Ugyen, they were not only great guide and driver, but also great trip mates, I really enjoyed their company, and we even had some fun at the Bhutanese night-life! So guys, thank you very much, hope to see you again!
