My experience with DrukAsia started with the coordinator, Ugyen Dema, stationed in Singapore. I took reference from DrukAsia's suggested 10-Day itinerary and customised to my preferred 2-pax itinerary. During all my visits to the office, coordinator Ugyen Dema was patient in answering all questions and frank to counter propose suggestions that were not feasible to the itinerary.

My family have just returned from 7days 6nights trip from Bhutan (26 April – 2 May 2018). It was really an unforgettable, extraordinary, and exciting trip for us. From the beginning of planning this trip, the staff (Mr Sangay Dorji) was really helpful and responsive.
Upon arrival, our guide (Mr Namgay Tenzin) greet us at the arrival hall. On the 2nd day, the office called to make sure everything was okay (it was okay indeed). The food, hotel, and car are satisfactory (the hotel are : Osel Hotel - Thimphu, Zingkham Resort – Punakha, Metta Resort & Spa – Paro). Our itinerary was quite flexible. Yes, we felt sad to leave Bhutan.
It is a very beautiful country. The people are very warm too.
We enjoyed the trip very much though there were challenging moments for me while doing the trek, haha.

Dear Sangay,
Thank you for your email. Trip was good overall with good weather and better than expected food/accommodation. Transport vehicle was clean and quite comfortable considering road conditions especially between Thimphu and Punakha.
Guide was a little inexperienced and perhaps unprepared. But she tried quite hard to make things work.so overall, still good experience.
Trek was easier than expected and camping experience more luxurious too. Thumbs up!

First of all just want to thank you for organizing our trip to Bhutan. We had a great time. The place is serene and beautiful, our Driver Tshering is good, and our guide Ugyen was great. We felt the itinerary was just right - we get to see the important / significant buildings, and have little hikes to see great views. Unfortunately i feel sick night before the Bumdra trek (food poisoning) so I slept the whole day. Fortunately I recovered enough to climb up to Taktsang - which really was the high light of the tour. Definitely will go back for a proper trek next time.
We were both very pleased with Ugyen as our guide - first of all his knowledge of the history and culture was excellent, and able to explain to us in great details about the places we have visited.

Kaadinchhey La for your email and apologies for taking such a long time to respond to your email. Straight back to work since then.
Personally, I truly enjoyed Bhutan and if I could, I would visit Bhutan again, that's for sure. Unfortunately, our flight delayed so we missed a number of sights in Bhutan. And of course, due to the roadworks, we had to adjust our timing as well.
We really enjoyed our stays in Druk Hotel and Metta Resort. And I like to thank your agency as well for allowing us to make amendments to our dinner menu at Druk Hotel on the second night, because we are small eaters and could not eat as much as the hotel provided.
It was amazing when it started snowing as we made our way to Dochula Pass on the first day.. it was gorgeous. And even during Bumdra trek,

We had a great trip to Bhutan and have had many wonderful memories of the trip. Our guide (Tshering Pelden) and driver (Ata Sangey) have been such a blessing to us. Tshering is indeed an experienced guide, sharing with us many stories and the history of Buddhism and of Bhutan. She even helped us very much during the hike up and down along the Bumdra Trek. She's a very strong lady! Please pass on my compliments to her. As for our driver, Sangey, he is a very skilful driver and was extremely careful driving through the dangerous mountain passes in the heavy rain. These people are indeed an excellent representation of Bhutan and its lovely people.
