Hello Sonam,
I wanted to let you know what a wonderful time we had in Bhutan. The trip definitely had an impact on us. Ugyen and Poot (sorry I don't know how to spell his name correctly) were an excellent team. My wife Marian and I have told each other and others that we miss seeing them now that we are home. I would like to send Ugyen some photos that we took while in Bhutan. We had an awesome experience in your beautiful country. Everything was so perfect and I especially was so impressed by our driver Mr. Thinley, a most competent driver - given the dangerous road- conditions - he was a fun and well balanced human being and should be commended by his company. Mr. Haba also was very knowledgeable.

Hello Sonam,
I’m just back home and already missing Bhutan. It is a very interesting and beautiful country and our stay there was great and we really liked everything, culture, people and food. The festivals we attended were very amusing and Taktsang Dzong is astonishing. Our guide, Kuenzang Dema, was very nice and kind even if with little experience, and she should improve much herself.
We appreciated a lot the driver. Mr. Karma is highly careful and accurate, the car always clean and impeccable. Thank you for the well-organized journey.

Cecilia's 60th birthday was also a very memorable one for her. Thanks to you for helping us put through the special surprise request and KP arranged for a birthday cake. It was also a particularly meaningful birthday for her as she also had the opportunity to make offerings to Guru Rinpoche that day which was an auspicious one. The next day was also a memorable one for the group as KP helped us identify another auspicious day to hang our prayer flags at one of the pass.
KP was an excellent guide and Tandin our driver had great initiative and a fantastic entertainer.

At first, we really thanks for your kindness to arrange our trip to Bhutan. We really enjoy our first trip to Bhutan with our best friends from Australia though I could not join festival.
Regarding our feedback, I have sent my feedback to our guide on last day. In summary, our guide and driver provided great hospitality and accommodate our request on place to go, shopping, restaurant, tour etc.
In beginning of first 4 days, Jim and Debra's guide led our group and gave us professional guide which I really satisfied. I also satisfied with our guide though his experience is less than Jim's guide and his English was bit difficult due to pronunciation.
I really would like to go back there during festival season. Will share our picture later.

The Tour was well organized and we appreciated to be guided by Kinley and Thinley (our very skilled driver) and to stay with them all the time. It was a very impressive experience discovering new and unforgettable places and people. We were able to enjoy and relax at the same time, and this made our trip full of real satisfaction.
I can't say if it was in line with the expectations, but for sure we were in the condition to appreciate everything with no hurry , in a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Very impressed by the luxury nature experience. We were able to stay at Jambhay Lhakhang Festival , first experience were you try to understand the meaning of dances, costumes, musics.
