Hi Sonam,
We were very very sad to leave!!! We had a wonderful time and the trip exceeded all our expectations. The highlight for us was the drive up to Chele La Pass and the hike down to the nunnery. The scenery was absolutely beautiful and so peaceful...we didn't run into a single person on the hike! We also loved the Punakha valley and of course Tiger's Nest was magical and well worth the effort :-)
Thank you for all your help in making all the arrangements. All the pre-trip planning went very smoothly and you were very responsive and thorough in answering all our questions. The car, hotels, food, etc while we were in Bhutan were all great.

Hello Sangay!
Thank you for your email, I'm doing well and hope you're too. I had an enjoyable time in Bhutan, my guide (Ms. Kuenzang Dema) was very helpful and took very good care of me during the trip, especially when I was unwell. She also spoke Mandarin, which was helpful. Along the way, the car broke down probably due to the road conditions, and the next day I got a new driver and new car, so thanks very much for that! I do hope that the other driver managed to fix his car, do send my regards to him! I attached a few photos that I took with my phone, and I'm happy to share them (:
Thank you very much for your help too, I do hope to travel to Bhutan again in the future!
Regards, Vanessa Ko

It's been a great experience organizing our very first trip to Bhutan with DrukAsia.
Our pre-trip arrangements were handled by Sonam Younten who is ever so efficient, responsive, prompt and patient in providing us with lots of information to our questions and preparing us well for the trip.
During our stay in Bhutan, we also had an awesome guide, Tshering Dendup who took lots of effort to share with us the history and culture of places we visited through his great story telling style. He is always punctual and ensures that we eat, drink and rest well so we could be in our most adventurous streak of "when in Bhutan, do as the Bhutanese do."
Jamyang, our driver is also super skillful in navigating through the rough terrains and bumpy roads, all at the same time having to ensure our safety

Hi Sonam,
Kuzuzangpo La! Firstly, would like to commend Sonam's patience and friendly demeanor in providing an excellent service regarding booking and choice of travel in Bhutan. . Bhutan as a country is an exhilarating country with green valleys and mountain peaks. I will be coming back hopefully to see the festivals and more lively colors of either spring and autumn. Nevertheless, the off season was truly a magical, once in a lifetime experience and will never forget as long as I live.
Everything there is extraordinary... !! i love it! Thank you Druk Asia, Sonam, Kinley and driver. :)
Regards, Chris

Hi Sonam,
Thanks for the email. I had a very good time in Bhutan. It is a beautiful country full of warm people. Overall I was pleased with my experience. I enjoyed my guide and driver. The Hotel Lobesa was very nice. I would only have two suggestions for improvement. I was a bit disappointed that my reservation at Hotel Lobesa was not taken care of for the first night in Punakha and I was forced to stay at Hotel Vera, which is a significant step down from Hotel Lobesa. I certainly do not expect to stay at 5 star resorts for a $250/day all in price, but I think the quality of what you get at Lobesa is a reasonable expectation. Hotel Vera was not to that level.
