We had a memorable experience with Drukasia & SoulTrips. We communicated with Sonam Younten who was very prompt in his replies and ensured that everything went smoothly. It was easy to communicate with Sonam and he was patient in answering our queries.
The car arranged for us was big and comfortable for our family and the accommodations were top-notch. Although they mentioned the hotels are 3-star, the hotel rooms were spacious, sparkling clean and offered spectacular views. The food was also arranged according to our request.
Our guide was Tshering Phuntsho (TP) and driver was Leki. They are the best duo anyone can have on the trip. They had good dynamics and took great initiative throughout the journey. As a family of 4 traveling with 2 kids (3 and 6 y.o.), and them being fathers themselves, they were very helpful with the kids and always ready to help when needed. They also had a good sense of humor which made the car rides even more enjoyable. Both of them were always cheerful and happy. TP is very knowledgeable and was always ready to share information during the trip.
During our hike to the Tiger’s Nest Monastery, TP and Leki helped to carry our belongings so that we could focus on the hike (and kids). They were very patient and didn’t rush us though we took longer than the estimated duration. We enjoyed the hike despite taking 8 hours to complete.
Thank you for the commendable service and making our trip to Bhutan a cherishable one. We have enjoyed it very much as a family and miss Bhutan!
