All of us has fallen in love with Bhutan






Dear Sonam,

Bhutan is indeed beautiful and we all fell in love with the country. Apart from the scenic, the interaction with the locals is something we truly value. We were lucky to be invited to tea with a group of monks and to watch their rehearsal for the black-necked crane performance after our walking trail in Gangtey. We also interacted briefly with a fresh graduate who was touring the country on his own. The school visits were interesting too. We also had fun trying on the traditional costumes at Hotel Norbuling and witnessing the archery competition opposite the hotel. What really touched our heart is really how the government care for the people and the environment.

While Thimphu is a nice place, we much preferred the scenery outskirts in Punaka n Gangtey, as the views were gorgeous.

Thank you for assisting with the arrangements as we had a wonderful time in Bhutan.
