Kuzuzangpo La!
Bhutan indeed is an awesome and happy country. My travelling partner and myself are having a great time in Bhutan. If possible, we do not want to come back actually. We would say that much of the trip's satisfaction can be credited to our lovely and knowledgeable tour guide, Mr. Phub Tshering (Haba). Thanks to him for helping us to take many nice photos (fyi, we have taken about 2000 pieces of photos) and telling us stories, culture, food, people and many more of Bhutan. Also, not forgetting the careful and experience driver, Mr. Namgay Wangchuk (Namgay). They both went out their way to make us feel comfortable and at ease. Sure a big thumb up for both of them. They are indeed very professional. Wise King, rich cultures, friendly people and magnificent scenery, this truly

Big thank you for organizing such a wonderful holiday.
We enjoyed our stay in Bhutan very much. Accommodation was great. Rinchenling Lodge friendly family atmosphere cannot be praised enough.
It will not be an exaggeration to say that we fell in love with Bhutan, its architecture, landscape and beautiful, friendly, gentle people.
Our guide (Phub Tshering) great storytelling skills brought us closer to the culture and history of Bhutan. Colourful festival in Bumthang was a great event to take part in. Cars were very comfortable and drivers so skilled that even two days drive along the road under construction can be described as a sort of unusual but safe adventure.
The only slight disappointment was not to be able to visit the National Library. It was featured in our itinerary on the

Hi, Firstly I would like to thank you and commend you on the great service you rendered to us from the very time I contact you to find out more about the itinerary and throughout the whole planning and booking stage, it had been very fuss-free for me. With our busy work schedule, we did not really actively follow up on the progress of the booking nor on the things to prep for the trip thus the travel tips provided on Bhutan is definitely so helpful for us to prep mentally for the trip. So thank you so much for the hiccup-free booking process and your fast turnaround response to all my queries. Some highlights to share on our trip:
Being provided the opportunity to put on the Kira & Gho definitely enhance our experience in Bhutan allowing us to better appreciate the beauty of the national

Hello,
Thank you very much for all your help with the travel arrangements for our trip. We just arrived home, and I wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful time in Bhutan.
Our guide: Mr Phub Tshering and our driver: Mr Pen went above and beyond to make this a memorable trip for us. They were both very considerate and caring. They were always on the lookout to make sure we were all safe during our treks, especially when we went up to the "Tiger's Nest". I can't say enough to express our appreciation of their services! You are very fortunate to live in such a beautiful country, and we found your people very friendly. This trip totally met all our expectations, and we be raving about it to all our friends and relatives!
Thank you again, and we hope to be able to return for another

Kuzuzangpo La! Thank you for your email. Luca and I had a marvelous stay in Bhutan! Some of my friends asked about my trip and I pointed them to Druk Asia to assist them. Ok so here is the trip. The check-in at Changi was exceptionally slow despite the two/three counters open, but thankfully it did not affect our flight to Paro via Calcutta by too much. We landed slightly later, but our guide Phub and driver Panda were at the airport waiting for us. They were both polite, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. L. and I were happy with both of them. They took us to the hotel, the Zhiwa Ling, which I must say, I was veeeeeery happy about. It is built in Bhutanese style with local materials, wood and stone. It had carvings and paintings similar to that of Bhutanese homes.

Dear Mindu, Kuzuzangpo La! Yes!! I made it, my very first solo trip! I had a wonderful vacation in Bhutan! It's a beautiful country! I'll be back to visit again, I think 7 days is too short to see all and explore many more places :) Many many thanks to the tour guide Phub Tshering (Haba) and driver Sangay. Thanks to Haba for helping me to take many nice photos and telling me stories, culture, food, people, and many more of Bhutan. Sangay is a very experience and careful driver. Both of them are very friendly and patient. A very big "Like" to both of them! Also, thanks to Sonam for helping me to sort out the visa, airticket changes and hotel matter at the very last minutes. I would definitely recommend Drukasia for my friends that want to travel to Bhutan. Kadin Chhey la :) Regards, Ghim

Dear Sonam:
Kuzuzangpo La. I appreciate your response and the fact that Bhutan is still a developing country with much needed infrastructure and other internal developments.
We did of course tip both our guide and driver. It has been my experience that such tipping regression is stated in every tour package from every tourist company that we have used in our other travels around the world.. I don't think Druk Asia is unique in that area. The cost of travel in other countries includes the price for guides and drivers to share the same accommodation and food as the travelers. It is standard practice and does not rely on the charity of the hotels to offer left over accommodation and food to them.

Kuzuzangpo Sangay,
Our trip was wonderful. Kadin-chhey for all your assistance. We are able to do some sightseeing and fit quite a few work engagements in. The guides were very flexible and overall we were very happy with our experience.
The hotels were good. Internet at hotels was solid which allowed us to stay in touch with our home offices. The food was delicious/Chemay :).
I wrote a positive review on Facebook about your company. Attached are some pictures from our trip. You can use them, just please give credit that I took them. If not folks back home believe that did :) and think I took them from the internet.
