8 Testimonials for Norbu Tshering
Hi Sonam,
It's good to hear from you again! The trip was awesome. The views the hotels and dzongs were nothing short of spectacular. Our guide Norbu is probably the friendliest and most accommodating guide we've ever had. He took care of all our needs and suited our every request to the best of his abilities.

Hi Sangay,
I send you this mail to let you know that I had an excellent time in Bhutan and everything was arranged very well. I think I also speak for Bart, who probably is in KL right now. The hotels were good, we really liked the guide, we were impressed with the car that was used for us and the itinerary was impeccable.
Our compliments! We'll certainly recommend your company to other travellers.

Dear Sangay,
The overall experience was wonderful as Bhutan itself is a beautiful country. My only complaint is Taj Tashi. As a 5-star hotel, it DID NOT provide FREE WIFI (we have to pay for it) when most other hotels like Metta (4*) or Naksel or even the airport provide free WIFI. Dinner was also not included at Taj. If you recall, your information to me was a dinner is included if we booked our stay in 5-star hotel.
We did not go to Gangtey as listed in the itinerary as it was not the black neck cranes season. This should be made known to us earlier so that we could plan our leisure activities. As such we had 4 nights in Paro instead, with a free day resting in hotel. Where hotels are concerned, UMA by COMO, whether in Punakha or Paro, are highly recommended.

Dear Mr Dorji,
This is a quick note to express my heartfelt thanks to you for the excellent arrangements which made our stay in Bhutan comfortable and enjoyable. We came back home last night with fond memories: a dream come true!
It was truly a wonderful experience for both myself and my grandson. The tour guide and the driver contributed considerably to our satisfaction. Overall, we were more than happy. No regrets, no complains. My only regret, if any, was that it was too short a trip. Bhutan has much more to offer than I had expected. Nice place and nice people. I shall recommend this tour to my colleagues at the workplace and family members at home.
I thank you again for your help and assistance.
Best regards, Mohamed Ariff

Dear Mr. Soman,
My wife, Lynette and I have heard and seem much of the wonderful country of Bhutan from Medias and wanted to visit the “Land of the Thunder Dragon” earlier but was apprehensive of the high altitude sickness. It was unfound.
The moment we were on airborne landing to Paro International Airport we were excited by the magnificent mountain ranges and landscape of Bhutan. When we landed at Paro Airport it was absolutely an amazing country! We surroundings, its scenic mountainous landscape, wonderful culture and fabulous unspoilt forests cannot be described, you have to see it and immersed in it.

Dear Mr Sangay,
I hope our feedback did not sound like a list of complaints. We really meant well as we felt that even though we enjoyed the trip as a whole, there are some areas that could be improved. Thank you also for arranging the halal meals on our flight to Paro.
1. The flights were smooth and comfortable. Food was good. Crew were courteous. Seats for business class were the same as economy class except there was more leg room. There were overhead video screens but there was no video entertainment at all. We have given suggestion to the airline using the feedback form in the flight magazine. The flight magazine TASHI DELEK is also one of the best the we have come across in our experience with 22 different international airlines.
2. The land transport vehicle we got was Hyundai HI
